Description du poste
Main Responsibilities:
Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all IPBB Network NEs and associated elements.
Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all IPBB domain tickets assigned/handled.
Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
Implement planned activities in IPBB network.
Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
New software release update and implementation for IPBB domain network elements.
To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
Release and data management (such as back up)
Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.
Key targets:
Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for IPBB BO.
No man made incidents in IPBB domain.
Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for IPBB N/W.
No Major security non- compliances.
Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
2 years + experience in IPBB domain with good Technical skills.
Knowledge of service delivery processes.
Good communication capabilities.
