Description du poste
Main Responsibilities:
Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all IN Network NEs and associated elements.
Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within agreed SLA for all IN domain tickets assigned/handled.
Coordinate directly with other domains till the issue is solved and RCA is confirmed.
Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
Daily health check performance and analysis, preventive maintenance, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
Implement planned activities in IN network.
Periodically evaluate the service growth based on subscriber usage and assess these trends.
New software release update and implementation for IN domain network elements.
To get involved in software & hardware upgrade.
Traffic monitoring on each IN NE.
Fulfill the configuration plan for configuration request.
Key targets:
Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for IN BO.
No man made incidents in IN domain.
Timely upgrade of software/Hardware for IN N/W.
No Major security non- compliances.
Customer/Offshore team feedback survey score above 90%.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecom or relevant fields.
2 years + experience in IN domain with good Technical skills.
Knowledge of service delivery processes.
Good communication capabilities.
