HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER WEST & CENTRAL AFRICA
(Based in Abidjan with frequent travel)
The Human Resources Manager will have as main responsibilities to:
- Implement HR policies, tools and systems within the organization;
- Assist the managers to implement properly the HR policies and processes;
- Provide advises and tools addressing HR requirements (including training plan);
- Ensure efficiency and reliability of Payroll and Personnel Administration activities;
- Co-operate in the budget preparation with salary/wage, headcount data, set up training budgets;
- Monitor Individual Performance assessment and track progress with the management;
- Follow all the recruitment process ;
- Communicate to employees and deal with all personnel related matters;
- Act as contact person to the employee representation bodies (where applicable);
- Assist countries in scope in HR policies and processes proper implementation;
- Contribute to build organizational capability and talent development.
Holds a Master’s Degree in HR with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in different HR Manager Roles and international environment; you have a good mastering in HR Process, management of change project, business and company organization acumen and an analytical and helicopter view. In addition, you are fluent in both English and French, with good negotiation skills, result orientation and good communication.
