MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Description du poste
Missions :
Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers, to ensure the effective operation of all equipment and facilities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Coordinate with production and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities
and minimize disruption to operations.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely and effective solutions to
minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through equipment
upgrades, process optimization, and technology enhancements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
for all employees.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
Profil du poste
Skills required :
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or industrial systems.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to maintenance operations.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred.
Expériences :
Proven experience in maintenance management, with at least 10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
