Multinational, specialized in the energy field (oil and gas) recruits: receptionist
Role and responsibilities
Under the direction of Operations Manager you are responsible for:
 Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
 Route calls to specific people.
 Answer inquiries about company.
 Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
 Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
 Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
 Ensure reception area is tidy.
 Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
 Coordinate office activities.
 Gather personal and insurance information.
 Hand out employee applications.
 Arrange appointments.
 Cash out people when necessary.
 Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
 Send email and faxes.
 Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
 Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
 Prepare travel vouchers.
 Update appointment calendars.
 Schedule follow-up appointments.

Profil du poste

Education and Skills
 A degree level education is preferred although a minimum A level+2 years diploma in HR, Administration Management, Marketing and others is required for this role.
 Strong work ethic.
 Excellent written and spoken English language skills / Perfectly bilingual - French-English
 Excellent computer skills with high level of experience using basic software programmes such as MS Office. Preference given to persons with experience in the use of materials management programmes.
 Dependable.
 Exceptional safety and quality awareness.
 Adaptable to changing schedules.
 Exceptional attention to detail.
 Team work.
 Ability to follow directions and procedures.

Personal Requirements:

Physical Requirements

Monthly pay
- 250,000 XOF gross per month with 25,000 net for transport allowance

Proposed employment contract
- 6 months contract (renewable) with 1 month trial period
