SALES STRATEGY AND COORDINATION MANAGER
Description du poste
Sales is the driving indicator of a company’s growth and the right support is required to ensure its effectiveness. You will work with the Head of Field Sales to manage all aspects related to the empowerment of the sales team, from planning support, target setting and compensation, marketing implementation, and onboarding & in-life training. You will also be responsible for starting up PEG Cote d’Ivoire’s telesales program, which will sell products to new customers as well as add-ons to existing customers, and be responsible for setting up partnerships with other organizations (cooperatives, etc) which can also act as channels for sales. Excellent leadership and people management skills will be required to start and grow a team that will likely reach over 35 employees, office and field based, within the first year.
Profil du poste
• Analysis and communication of sales data to and from sales teams
• Handling field concerns/issues related to HR, finance and sales for the sales team
• Providing regular, specific and ongoing performance feedback to key sales team members to improve results
• Coordinating the design and delivery of marketing materials and the execution of marketing events
• Providing training and support to upskill sales teams
• Startup and Management of telesales team.
• Development of partnerships for further sales.
Basic Requirements :
• Experience of at least 3-5 years in Consulting, Telco, Finance or FMCG in commercial, operation or business improvement role
The successful candidate ideally:
• Has experience in fast moving entrepreneurial environments
• Has experience living in Africa
• Has excellent analytical skills
• Is comfortable spending time in the field with our rural customers
