JOB SUMMARY:

We seek to engage a productivity-oriented professional who will be responsible for educating borrowers of their loan terms and conditions post disbursements. Educating the customers on their financial obligations, the importance of meeting this, and consequences for not meeting their financial obligations.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Solving payment issues raised by customers
- Maintain repayment collections channels
- Maintaining customers records
- Maintaining customers relationship
- Manage debt recovery
- Manage vehicle recovery process with Carcare
- Maintain updated records of loan applications
- Monitor progress of existing loans

Profil du poste

▪B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Business Admin or related field.
▪Membership of CIIN is an added advantage.

▪ Minimum of 2years’ experience with 1 years in a similar or equivalent role in Experience in lending industry, most especially in lead generation, credit underwriting and collections management
▪ Extensive experience in design of credit policy
▪ Experience working in credit risk management
