Financial Controller
Description du poste
Missions :
● Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
● Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure efficient financial operations.
● Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
● Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
● Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and resolve any issues or inquiries.
● Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
● Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and optimize business processes.
Profil du poste
Skills required :
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting
requirements.
● Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
● Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
● Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Expériences :
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Qualifications :
● Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
● CPA qualification or equivalent certification preferred.
