MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Description du poste
Ensure the structure and the classification of the onboard equipment and technical site.
Guarantee the correct and efficient maintenance planning and to identify the concerning materials.
Guarantee in all areas the uniformity of the application of planned maintenance model in order to avoid creating and applying other different models.
Issue the WOs for each department every beginning of each month, contribute with the revision of the most important jobs to prioritize the jobs, spares availability, manpower.
Ensure the correct and timely application of the planned maintenance models and their distribution.
Responsible for AMOS (Asset Management Operating System) operation and report daily updates/improvements or deviations on the AMOS system.
Ensure timely and correct lay down of technical reports and analysis.
Prepare the KPI concerning maintenance periodically.
Select the improving areas of maintenance cycles guaranteeing the application of the new models.
Control the plan and the available of assets.
Guarantee the training of the maintenance operators for what concerns the operative and auditing system in conformity with Company processes and procedures.
Ensure the correct application of guidelines and corporate procedures during the warehouses management.
Ensure the access level of information system of logistic process management (requisitioning, maintenance, warehouse, purchasing, expediting, inspection, shipping, assets management), in conformity with company procedures.
Other duties that are correlated to the function as directed and requested by Maintenance Superintendent
Keep up certification applied to the function and medical certificates up to date.
Attend Company training as defined.
Perform all emergency duties assigned to their function, in response to the emergency, if applicable.
Ensure compliance with SAIPEM procedures, applied to the function, including Saipem Permit to Work System.
Need to be fully familiar and comply with Company Policies, Quality, HSE and all Procedures assigned to his title/position.
Anticipate and notice any unsafe condition and assure that the correction actions are taken according to procedure.
Responsible for your own safety and for the safety of your co-workers.
Profil du poste
as described in the Job Code Mission: Develop maintenance philosophy, plan and schedule in coordination with the operation and maintenance department following international standards and quality requirements. Develop maintenance deliverables and procedures in accordance with technical specifications and safety and targeting plant up-time maximization. Technically support engineers and operations targeting plant up-time and availability. Ensure that all inspection activities required for an EPC or Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Contract (MIEC) project are implemented and performed in strict accordance with client scope of work, specifications, standard industry practice and in accordance with the contract regulation.
