Description du poste
Job responsabilities
1- Generate the individual brand yearly budget allocation model, which includes quarterly planning and Key GTM planning angles.
The model will be the necessary files when applying the budget.
Analyse and advise the abnormal conditions based on quarterly financial statistics.
2- Be responsible for the heavy budgets on media buying, which includes TV media buying,
and billboard, ambassador , sponsorship's costs exceed 20,000USD;
3-Organise training three times a year.

Job qualification
1. At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferring 25-30 years old
2. At least bachelor degree, communication, journalism, marketing major has priority;
3. Working as media buying planner in 4A global agency or sales in authority media house has priority;
4. Have rich local media resources and know the different media types and their characteristics, communication and cooperation methods;
5. Have excellent negotiating and overall thinking skills, can negotiate package resources for 3 brands;
6. Have strong and clear logic, can propose media buying plan based on the different brands/projects' goals and requirements;
