EVENT DISCLOSURE & SUPPLY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Description du poste
Take responsibility for the entire Event & Disclosure Management process on
a country group level for Divisions ;
• Implement and execute global guidelines and procedures to guarantee process
compliance, effectiveness and efficiency;
• Develop together with stakeholders and agency account manager (if relevant)
the annual schedule for divisional meetings and events and ensures consistent
demand planning;
• Stay up to date of industry trends and innovation, i.e.Webinars and shares
best practices with the Event;
• Manage training programs for third-party event agency;
• Act as center of expertise in the country related to Transfer-of-Value from
HCPs and HCOs and support stakeholder on all possible requests on Transfer
of-Value, documentation and publication;
• Engage with local suppliers to develop best practices: invoicing documentation,
e-ordering, order process information sharing;
• Be recognized by all relevant stakeholders as the country group referent for all
matters related to Supplier Relationship.
Profil du poste
•Relevant university degree or equivalent Financial accounting knowledge;
• 2/5 years experience in Procurement positions, preferably in multi-national
companies; strong procurement experience or knowledge of procurement
related business processes;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Team player with Experience in working in "virtual" teams and Communities;
• Good understanding of business needs & challenges;
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and problem solving skills;
• Good and proactive communication skills.
