Bilingual HR trainee
Job description:
1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
2. Assist in the preparation of new hire orientation materials.
3. Assist in the preparation of training.
4. Assist in the organization of interview/ meeting.
5. Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
6. Assist in the organization of team building.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills.
8. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
9. Manage research and analyze HR data ( attendance, leaves..).
10. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Profil du poste
Needed experience: 0-1 year HR experience
Major: Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR
Language skills: fluency (written and verbal) in French and English – essential.
