GLOBAL HEALTHCARE COORDINATOR
Description du poste
• Responsible for achieving the company’s goals and objectives to improve the Healthcare Programs market share, revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the short and long term and evaluate though sales data responsibilities for achieving the set sales budgets and goals 25m euro for West & Central Africa;
• Responsible for regional global healthcare programs cost center
initiates, coordinates and organizes HCP conferences, congresses, events, training of healthcare providers and;
• Healthcare programs promotional activities and ensure timely registrations and preparations in collaboration with HCP Team Berlin;
• Responsible to develop and grow relationship with the local Family Planning donor community (USAID. UNFPA, World Bank, SMO, etc.) in the region;
• Fully accountable for proposing, evaluating business opportunity in the
WCA region Organize and conduct product launches in close;
• Ensure timely reporting for all market information, development and trends regarding competitor activities in the region.
Profil du poste
• Degree or Diploma in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or other related science qualifications
• Experience in dealing with Ministry of Health, Donor community and Non-Governmental Organizations in the health sector
• High degree of sensitivity, confidentiality and integrity
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & French
• Willing to travel widely locally and internationally.
• Well-developed IT skills (Word, Excel & Power Point)
