Recruits for an important company
GLOBAL HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS COORDINATOR (Position based in Abidjan mainly)
As part of his duties, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Responsible for regional global healthcare programs cost center Initiates, coordinates and organizes HCP conferences, congresses, events, training of healthcare providers;
• Ensure timely registrations and preparations in collaboration with HCP Team Berlin;
• Work very closely with regulatory authorities in the region to ensure regulatory authorizations are done in a set and compliant manner;
• Manages relationships with the Ministries of Health - Family Planning divisions to have our products included in their products list/orders;
• Responsible to develop and grow relationship with the local Family Planning donor community (USAID. UNFPA, World Bank, SMO, etc.) in the region ;
• Coordinate Healthcare Programs meetings with Stake holders.(MOH, NGOs, Local donor community and Healthcare Providers)
• Fully accountable for managing all tenders in the region and ensure timely participation, documentation and payments are awarded.
Profil du poste
Degree or Diploma in Medicine ,Pharmacy , Nursing or other Related science qualifications, you have at least 5 years of experience in key accounts management, marketing and sales of pharmaceutical products.
In addition, you have a good Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in West Central Africa and Work experience with family planning stakeholders. In addition, you have a good command of computer and English.
