We are reinforcing our small team and offering an internship as Assistant Sales Executive.

Missions
Directly linked to the Sales Management, you will be in charge of commercial development with existing and new customers.

Responsibilities & Main Activities

Inside Sales Development
 Identify an prioritize potential customers, generate sales leads for the business
 Approach potential customers by phone calls, email, and introduce the services offered
 Setting sales appointments
 Analyze existing practices and suggest any improvements aimed at optimizing the activity
 Organize your work, coordinate activities and control the results


Sales Support
 Receive requests for quotation and other enquiries from customers, and ensure fast and effective answers
 Prepare, issue and follow-up the quotations sent to the customers up to the conclusion
 Maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible
 identifying potential suppliers, leading to negotiations, and then getting the best prices for setting up bids

Sales Admin
 Work to KPI’s and statistics as set by the Sales Manager
 Update and expand our customers database
 General sales administration as required

Working closely and communication with operation team, finance, sales
Achieve all complementary tasks asked by the Management.

Profil du poste

Profile
You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Sales, Business, or equivalent.
Ideally a first experience or no experience, with knowledge of international trade and transport.
Excellent sales skills, excellent presentation.
Negotiation and conviction skills. Team worker and creative force.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

Dynamic, thorough, autonomous, initiative, anticipation, organization skills, focussed on results.
Real interest for logistics and shipping activities.
Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
Good command of French, English, both written and spoken.
Have a driving license and know how to drive (if possible).

Eager to prove your capabilities and to rapidly evolve and gain responsibilities in a promising structure
