Job Description We are recruiting an Accounting Assistant under the supervision of the Head of Operations
• Receive and process accounting documents;
• Ensure the capture of all accounting transactions for the office;
• Prepare the payroll of the staff;
• Prepare the payment of supplier-supplier invoices;
• Periodically check the fund and make reconciliations;
• Regularly monitor the bank account and make reconciliation statements each month
• Prepare and submit the monthly financial report to the accountant
• Respond to staff's financial solicitation;
• Facilitate the conduct of audits;
• Ensures the good archiving of the accounting documents.
• Perform all other tasks requested by Management.
• Follow budget execution

Job Profile Qualifications
• BAC+2 in accounting or any equivalent diploma WORK EXPERIENCE
• Have at least 1 year of experience in accounting management POSITION REQUIREMENT
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Be autonomous
• Be rigorous
• Have a sense of initiative
