Description du poste
Network Monitoring:
• Identify the location and severity of the alarm or event of hosting systems and initiate recovery actions and notification procedures if required.
2. Event Management/Trouble Ticket management:
• Accepting, prioritizing and escalating automated network events.
• Notify service-affecting network events and alarms with mutually agreed procedures, and then close the trouble tickets associated with such events.
3. First line fault Diagnostics:
• Provide the diagnostic capabilities to identify the fault or problem.
• Tier 1 Diagnostics need to escalate for Tier 2 Diagnostics if the trouble cannot be solved in a reasonable time as per SLA
4. Performance Reporting:
• Provide reports of alarms and events that have occurred SLA.
• Send SMS and Email to related group when systems confront fault.
5. 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.
• Provide form with detailed shift schedule.
6. Weekly report for the issues highlighting the pending ones to Customers and Huawei.
7. Escalation of TT related to other departments on time as per mutually agreed Procedures/SLA.
Profil du poste
Experience in a monitoring environment using a network management system.
Experience in a Network Operations or IT service desk environment.
Good understanding of Mobile Telecom technologies and services (GSM/UMTS/WLAN/TCP-IP/SMS/VMS etc.)
Good understanding of Fixed Telecom technologies and services (xDSL/Routing and switching/VoIP/Mail etc.).
Good understanding of IT technologies
Previous experience in NOC environment could be a plus.
Ability to learn the working of new nodes which are added in the network
Good knowledge of support and supply processes
