COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, MOBILITY & HRIS MANAGER 

  • Compensation, Benefits, Mobility & HRIS will be in charge of C&B programs. Also, you will:
  • Handle regulatory compliance
  • Managing Global Mobility as well as the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Set-up and sustain an efficient and effective global HR Information System (HRIS) and support processes, procedures and governance, covering all employees
  • Communicate about the different C&B programs and processes, partnering when relevant with the Group Communication team.

The key topics covered by the department will be:

  • Compensation & benefits, including strategy, annual salary review process, shortand long-term incentives, job grading model and and monitoring, compensation & benefits benchmarking, (coordinated with regional HR teams), international plans (insurance pooling, strategy…)
  • Retention policy for each generation
  • Senior management compensation and contracts
  • HR information systems, including strategy, tools efficiency, support to business process owners, data management and integrity
  • Social dialogue

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA or Master Degree in Law and/or Psychology
  • Minimum five (05) years of experience in a senior-level  HR  position, within the construction industry.
