COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, MOBILITY & HRIS MANAGER
- Compensation, Benefits, Mobility & HRIS will be in charge of C&B programs. Also, you will:
- Handle regulatory compliance
- Managing Global Mobility as well as the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Set-up and sustain an efficient and effective global HR Information System (HRIS) and support processes, procedures and governance, covering all employees
- Communicate about the different C&B programs and processes, partnering when relevant with the Group Communication team.
The key topics covered by the department will be:
- Compensation & benefits, including strategy, annual salary review process, shortand long-term incentives, job grading model and and monitoring, compensation & benefits benchmarking, (coordinated with regional HR teams), international plans (insurance pooling, strategy…)
- Retention policy for each generation
- Senior management compensation and contracts
- HR information systems, including strategy, tools efficiency, support to business process owners, data management and integrity
- Social dialogue
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA or Master Degree in Law and/or Psychology
- Minimum five (05) years of experience in a senior-level HR position, within the construction industry.
