Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining fan test users
2. Guide fans to provide scene-level experience feedback (environment, operation, issues, feelings)
3. Establish a structured feedback template to improve the quality cfissue reporting
4. Connect with the product and R&D teams to drive issue follow-up and closure
5. Regularly conduct fan interviews, distill user needs, and synchrorhize product planning
6. Specific experience activities and experience outcomes of cooperative organizations and recycling users
7. Review and summarize the fan trial, and continuously improve insubsequent work
Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in user operation / community operation / fan operation
2. Experience in user feedback collection and organization
3. Can understand and break down real usage scenarios
4. Can guide users to clearly describe problems
5. Has experience in cross-team collaboration (Product / Testing / R&D)
6. Focus on feedback quality and problem closure
7. Experience in mobile phone / digital / App / Beta trial is preferred
