About the Role
We are a fast-growing consumer electronics retail chain operating across West Africa, selling mobile phones, home appliances, and other technology products. As part of the rollout of our new retail management system, we are looking for a dynamic operations professional to support implementation across our stores.
This is not an IT role. We need someone with a solid understanding of retail store operations who can bridge the gap between headquarters requirements and day-to-day store realities.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the rollout of the retail management system across stores in Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, and other West African markets.
Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store onboarding, training, and operational monitoring.
Train and support store teams on system usage and operational best practices.
Conduct regular compliance checks and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Work closely with HQ Product and Support teams to resolve operational issues and provide field feedback.
Prepare operational reports and monitor data quality and system adoption.
Profil du poste
Requirements :
Working proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, store management, retail supervision, or ERP/POS system implementation.
Good understanding of store operations, including inventory management, sales processes, cash handling, and stock replenishment.
Ability to develop, follow, and improve operational procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background
Experience in mobile phone, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail distribution environments.
Exposure to ERP, POS, or Odoo systems.
Experience working with multiple stores or regional retail operations is a plus.
