Description du poste

We are looking for a Senior SSC Specialist- HR Operations for French countries ( West Africa) for Carlcare Technology CV SARL.
The Senior SSC Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational and support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners across French-speaking countries within the region. The role ensures efficient execution of HR processes, compliance with local labor regulations, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery.

Responsabilities:
Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes for assigned French-speaking countries.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
Maintain service excellence in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Employee Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular audits of employee data and HR documentation.
Collaborate with attendance providers and internal HR teams to ensure accurate attendance processing.
Support benefits administration and employee enrollment activities.
Investigate and resolve attendance-related discrepancies.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
Support management decision-making through accurate HR data analysis.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
Participate in HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of SSC best practices.
Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Support regional and global HR projects as required.

Profil du poste

Qualifications:
Master's and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field, HR certification is an advantage.

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.

Technical Skills:
Professional English
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
