Description du poste

1. Develop the site solution, three-party process, implement the SOP, and acceptance criteria. Be able to complete internal training and customer clarification.
2. Be responsible for the end-to-end business results of wireless project delivery, including survey, design, integration commissioning, and acceptance, and resolve major block problems in a timely manner.
3. Manage the wireless team in the project to ensure the achievement of project objectives and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop, review, and implement the solution for managing network operation changes, and be responsible for the stable and safety of the network.

Profil du poste

1. Telecommunication-related majors, Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 5 years working experience in the Telecom industry, especially experiences in the Wirless domain is preferred.
3. Have a professional command of the delivery or maintenance process of wireless products and have experience in handling network problems.
4. Have solid knowledge in the wireless communications field and have strong learning capabilities.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills, technical management experience is preferred.
6. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory. The work language in Huawei is English.
7. Telecommunication-related majors, Bachelor’s degree or above.
