Some of the things you will be accountable for:
• Manage region specific contracting and strategic procurement initiatives
• Carry out spend analysis and maximize value from supplier spend in the region
• Develop and drive strategic sourcing and contract strategies for the region
• Establish contracts according to the business need and manage our contract plan
• Deliver competitive tendering and cost savings
• Develop tender packages, lead tender processes, facilitate and perform commercial evaluation of bids and negotiations with suppliers
• Liaise with technical and operational expertise and facilitate for definition of scope of work and technical clarifications
• Handle contractual disputes with suppliers and liaise with legal department, as required
• Manage approval processes
• Perform hand-over of signed contracts to Contract Owner and Purchasers and facilitate kick-off processes as required
• Support management of supplier performance and contract compliance
• Follow-up to ensure implementation contracts and ensure contract is fit for purpose
• Support Purchasers in negotiating and handling of deviations to company’s T&Cs, as required

Profil du poste

What we are looking for:
• Background or other relevant education or business qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Contract Law
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with contracting and procurement gained in the offshore industry
• Good insight and knowledge of the regions offshore/marine supplier market
• Strong negotiation-, contracting and people skills coupled with mature communication abilities
• Experience within contracting and handling of disputes in the relevant region
• Good understanding with regards to commercial risk management
• Committed to the highest level of business ethics and integrity
• Good communications skills, both written and verbally, in French and English
• Analytical, systematic and with an independent approach
