Description du poste

We are looking for a highly capable financial specialist to optimize our financial operations in line with our business objectives. You will be consulting with management based in Dubai to perform financial analysis, developing financial models, and preparing financial forecasts.

To ensure success as a financial specialist, you should exhibit extensive experience in financial analysis and sound knowledge of financial models. An accomplished financial specialist will be someone whose expertise results in optimized financial performance and the realization of business goals.

Overall View:

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Specific tasks invloved in:

Daily-operation, Month-end closing of SAP system/ Daily FX rate maintenance
Convert and provide Financial Statements to LGHQ in accordance with Chinese accounting standards
Provide monthly reports of inventory, non-related account receivables to LGHQ
Coordinate with Finance Manager to submit finance data monthly/ Monthly report & Balance sheet schedules/ VAT report preparation
Sales and gross margin analysis/ Provide financial risk warning
Reconciliation with inter-parties, non-related parties/ Verification of purchase invoices
Complete the inventory-taking (inventory, fixed assets)
Review overseas long-term asset investment plans/ Ensuring the safety of overseas assets
Finance statement review of dealer /Customers
Conduct business internal control management in accordance with the company's system and audit requirements
Submit internal control materials as required by the internal control department
Review reimbursement for employees/ Arrange payments / Issue Cheque
Monthly fund planning and management
Budget management: Control expenses and asset planning according to the company's budget goals and sales completion
Annual Finance Statement Audit
Familiar with tax law and tax process in Ivory Coast
Coordinate with Finance Manager for ESN/ESR (Economic Substance Notification / Report) submission

Profil du poste

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
