Description du poste
1.Communicate with customers in diverse online social media channels and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, providing the best solution to customers , expediting correction pr adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
3.Collect necessary consulting information through the company's internal system , analyze customer needs, find common problems, and promote other business departments to optimize products or technical problems
4. Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Profil du poste
1. Bachelor degree or above is preferred
2. 1+year's experience in customer service-related role is preferred. Ability to maintain relationships. Positive, service-oriented attitude.
3 Familiar with social media, strong online chat handling skills.
4. Basic computer skills and data analysis skills . Those who have a technical foundation and are interested in electronic products are preferred .
5. Need to master French , English can be used as a working language.
