WE ARE RECRUITING A PROJECT FINANCIAL MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contract financial terms review, estimation in pre-sales stage;
2. P&L and working capital budget for lifecycle and yearly;
3. Monthly rolling forecast for revenue/ cost/ invoice/ collection etc.
4. Project scenario identification for accounting rule judge.
5. Partner with business units on various business initiatives, new business opportunities, acquisition and provide financial advices to such initiatives and take a leading role in the relevant finance related activities in such deals Liaison with regional and corporate colleagues to address various accounting / controlling related matters, and management external advisers, auditors and consultants for various projects
6. Assist in accounting/finance related work streams when necessary
7. Train and supervise Medical Affairs Program Management finance resources
8. Reconcile and closeout of finances for major vendor contracts and act as a liaison with the Contract & Vendor ,Manager to incorporate new contract details into project finance workbooks
9. Provide accurate forecasting and calculation and submission of GAP compliant accruals
10. Manage balance sheet transfers

Profil du poste

REQUIREMENTS：
1. Preferred 2 years work experience in Big Four Accounting Firms (PWC/ DTT/ KPMG/ EY)
2. CPA, ACCA, CFA etc. is preferred
3. Have basic knowledge about telecommunication product such as RAN, BTS, Core network.
4. Be able to understand the financial rules in project P&L estimation and budgeting, and rolling forecast which related to different project lines.
5. Support Project director to manage the project financial result according to project budgeting and rolling forecast when there is a gap in revenue, cost or headcount.
6. Have basic knowledge about telecommunication product such as RAN , BTS, Core network is preferred.
7. Can bear high pressure; High capability in communication skills and team work spirits.
8. English shall be the working language, and can speak Chinese is Preferred
