Description du poste
Job responsible:
1. Receive approval email for material request form from BUs and print and send it to warehouse to prepare the material.
2. Fill the tracking report for local transportation work and send it to logistics manager.
3. Following the transportation from HQ by our dealers and claim payment for the agent on FOL.
4. Following the local transportation issues until fix.
5. Contact UTB to get monthly receipts and transportation details.
6. Compare tracking report from Carlcare all regions with UTB monthly transportation details, send email to approve the payment if no mismatch, contact with UTB and Carlcare to check if there’s mistake until fix it.
7. Finish to do other work form leaders.

Requirements:
1. Have enough self-motivations and agree with the culture of the company.
2. Be responsible for the work you are handling.
3. Have good communication skills and logic thinking.
4. Handle different work in the same time.
5. Speaking English is better.
