1. Analyze the software and hardware problems of new mobile phone models
2. Conduct a return visit to user experience issues, summarize the analysis data, and identify important centralization issues
3. Support the R&D department to solve problems
Profil du poste
1. Bachelor degree of computer sciences/telecommunication or related majors(Need to check the certification);
2. Prefer local people;
3. Required some skill in computer tool. (Email, MS word , Excel and so on);
4. English as working language; It's better to know a little Chinese
5. Having positive attitude to the work and willing to find solution when you face problem;
6. You should obey the office rule.
