1- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
• Contract management (renewal, termination process, dismissal process, probation, etc.)
• Attendance and leave management
• Management of employee files (update and control of personnel files, HR data)
• Internal administrative management (official advice, organization of meetings, etc.)
• Ensure compliance and monitoring of HR rules (follow punishment rules like warning letter)
• Communicate with outsourcing companies to ensure the smooth running of requests and support HRBP
• HR data reporting
• Compensation Management

JOB PROFILE
Experience and qualifications
• Bachelor minimum in human resources management, business administration or any other related field
• At least 1 years of experience in HR management, personnel administration or related field.
Skills and competences
o Proficiency in English language
o Good knowledge of labor law and social security law
o Basic knowledge of the calculation of remuneration
o Good knowledge of the recruitment and integration process
o Ability to manage contracts (renewal, termination process, dismissal process, probation, etc.) and all HR basic work
o Ability to control discipline and attendance
o Support the service in personnel management
o Attendance management and problem solving skills
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Excellent computer skills (Ms Office, Internet…)
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and priorities III. Personality traits Responsibility, commitment, confidentiality, orientation, dynamism, organization, rigor and professional attitude.
