GLOBAL HEALTHCARE PROJECT ASSISTANT WCA
Description du poste
-Fixed-Term Contract
-Ensure daily monitoring of ongoing digital and non-digital projects
which support education and awareness towards Family Planning,
to keep them on track with pre-established timelines;
- Take charge of administrative and technical management of the
projects (development of TORs, creation of partnership files,
process management in Bayer’s platforms, compliance with internal
Bayer procedures, filing of letters, reports writing, etc.);
-Provide logistical support for the organization of events and
participation in conferences/ workshops;
-Ensure on-site supervision of the various events organized;
- Provide support for the coordination of local tenders and supply
related processes on the logistical and administrative aspects
Profil du poste
-Master’s Degree in Communication for Development/Project
management for Development/Public Health;
-Knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 5 and their
main stakeholders in the WCA region;
-Clinical Experience with Family Planning Methods is an asset;
-Knowledge of the operation and challenges of the pharmaceutical
industry is an asset;
-At least 2 years of experience in the field;
-Fluency in written and spoken English.
