We have staff of 32 permanent persons and 100 contractors in the Country
Yara Cote d’Ivoire is looking for a Sales Agronomist to join our energetic team and enhance the Commercial department . The position will be based in up country or Abidjan and will report to the General Manager.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES AGRONOMIST
Visit regularly the main customers in a given region, identifying their needs, and making sales argumentation to generate sales
Provide prices according the current price policy
Negotiate sales conditions with customers and ensure orders are sent for processing
Identify new customers and prospects for Distribution partnership
Invite, prepare and run training sessions about products, crops and solutions
Train distributors sales teams and staff
Profil du poste
PROFILE
a. 6 months - 2 years relevant experience in agronomy and/or sales
b. Valid driving license with a good driving experience
c. Strong communication skills with ability to work remotely
d. Intermediate or above English level
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
a. Bac +3/4 in Agronomy
EXPERIENCE
6 months - 2 years relevant experience in agronomy and/or sales
