2. Understand the local daily teaching environment, teachers' evaluation and management mechanisms, and teachers' teaching habits.
3. Influence and visibility of training in the education industry or other fields;
4. Have basic knowledge of communication technologies, computers, and consumer electronic products.
5.good communication skill in French and English .
6. Have basic professional qualities.
