This role will be responsible for performing all aspects of the Site Acquisition process on a wireless project. The ideal candidate has experience with zoning, permitting, and a solid understanding of CA Wireless ROW (Right of Way) Policy, as town hall or Land lord Regulations. Knowledge and experience verifying/finalizing build documents for wireless cell sites in CA is required.

• Site candidate identification/ qualification
• Completion of zoning approval for multiple sites.
• Comfortable addressing city representatives to achieve zoning approval and jurisdiction.
• Coordinate site walks, design walks, and other field related visits with Construction PM, RF Engineering, Zoning and A&E Departments.
• Information gathering regarding all planning, zoning, and regulation requirements.
• Lease negotiation, agreement, license, etc. with property owners.
• Preparing and ensuring all necessary zoning applications and documentation are complete, including written site description, justification for site, plans and sketches, maps and photos.
• Provide site acquisition services and manage project deliverables and plan progression.
• Process and manage vendor purchase orders/deliverables/milestones, leasing, zoning, building permits and regulatory.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and process leases, zoning applications, permit requests and related payments.
• 2‐3+ years of site acquisition/ project management experience in the wireless communications industry.
• Experience and knowledge of site acquisition processes, leasing and zoning terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple site acquisition service requirements.
• Experience in site acquisition with major operators in the wireless industry.
• Bachelors or associates degree or equivalent field experience required.
• PC proficient; including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and good attendance record.
