Purpose Statement:
In a bid to grow our business by identifying new opportunities, making sales as well as managing customer portfolios, we are actively seeking to recruit two result driven (2) Sales executives for our office at Abidjan.

Principal Responsibilities :
• Present and sell company services and solutions to current and potential customers thereby contributing to our long-term business growth.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Meet monthly sales targets defined by the Head of Sales
• Manage assigned accounts through quality checks and follow-up.
• Investigate, identify and ensure client concerns are resolved within the shortest time possible.
• Prepare all status reports including, activities, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new opportunities to offer solutions and services, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to the Head of Sales
• Participate and support other functions within the business to complete processes required to close sales.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and prospects through regular visits.


Others Accountabilities :
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Follow-up assigned accounts to ensure due payment for services.
• Report weekly and monthly activities

Profil du poste

Key Skills:
• Effective communications skills (Reading, writing, Listening, and Speaking)
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Skilful in developing and delivering presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
• Must be result driven: Hunger to sell.
• Knowledge in advertising and practical sales promotion techniques.
• Fluent in French and English; (Spoken and Written)
• Apt computer skills with mastery of Microsoft Office

Knowledge & Experience :
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales / Telecommunications/Computer Science.
• A minimum of 3years in B2B Sales & Business Development.
• Knowledge of IT, telecommunications industries and digital solutions. Experience in selling cloud, SDN, Edge AI solutions will be a plus

Others requirements:
• Ability to travel, may be required to effect local and international travels for deals with existing and potential clients.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
