1-In charge of Weekly Promoters, Supervisors and Shop Owners Training on different topics like Products Features, Sales Skills etc.
2-In charge of monitoring Monthly Exam & Daily Training through an application called TES
3-In charge of visiting Infinix Shops to control Promoters Talking skills & behavior on a weekly basis
4-Help on new Localized Training Supports Creation
5-Monthly reporting to National Trainer

1-Training Ability & Good Language Skills
2-Good Presentation
3-Professional Knowledge about Smartphones Industry & Products including good Brand Competitor Knowledge (an experience in the same field will be highly appreciated)
4-Good use of Pack Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
5-Fluent French / English
6-Dynamic & Enthusiastic
7-Initiative Taker (Creative Mind)
