MANAGER, GRID NETWORK

 

Description du poste

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

NEW ROLLOUT OR EXISTING SITES GRID CONNCTION COORDINATION

Liaise with Senior Manager Implementation to coordinate new and existing sites connection to Grid network if applicable
Follow Grid procedure versus LBTP and CIE for site connection and maintenance
Coordinate with Regional Manager existing sites connection to Grid
Follow and Control project flow and status along Implementation project team and Field team.

CMS AND DIESEL COORDINATION

Liaise / communicate with Diesel Coordinator to track Diesel consumption, power system performance (Solar, Hybrid, IPT…) and issue weekly and monthly diesel consumption on sites connected to Grid report for Senior Manager Operations
Plan / Establish with Diesel Coordinator monthly study about
- most diesel consuming sites on sites connected to Grid

- most inefficient sites with power system installed designed to reduce Diesel

Consumption

Coordinate with CMS team Leader to be sure all sites connected to Grid are integrated into CMS and system working fine
Grid Data collection from CMS and analysis on daily, week and monthly basis
Follow action from one day gen on load report

COORDINATION WITH NOC

Liaise / communicate with NOC Manager to Optimize:
Grid outages Escalation procedure
Ticket generation for Grid incident
Correct data collection from field
Preventive and corrective maintenance validation
Persistent Correct Reporting (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, failures' reason…) of Grid network


COORDINATION WITH FIELD

Grid subscription database should be available and accurate
Liaise / communicate with Regional or Maintenance Manager to Optimize
Planification of Grid connection, acceptance and integration
Coordination of incident management on Grid network
Coordination of accuracy of site power topology in portfolio on daily, weekly and monthly
Preventive and corrective maintenance validation
Persistent Correct Reporting (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, failures' reason…) of Grid network
Identification of worst Grid sites based on voltage level and / or phase unavailability with Field tam.


PROCUREMENT / STOCK COORDINATION



Liaise / communicate with Procurement Manager to optimize providing spare parts and equipment required for the purpose of optimizing purchasing Grid equipment (prices, availability, quality, payment terms…)
Validate quotation before PO and PAC/FAC document after work
Monitor logistics and stock level inventory
Assure and confirm equipment/consumables specifications before issuing orders
Check different suppliers


COORDINATION WITH LEGAL

Collection and recording of 100% of Securel certificates of all BTS sites.
Midle level line (HT) sites subscription contract should be collected and recorded.


SBCS' RELATION​

Set SBCs' Requirements for SELECTION PROCESS (price, capability, expertise, …)
Manage and resolve all issues arising from sites and various SBC
Attend to SBCs requirement and advice corresponding payments
Assess SBCs' performance by establishing biannual ranking taking into consideration respecting timelscale, quality, HSE, … criteria
Align SBCs' preventive maintenance documentation with IHS Online Maintenance Application
Reinforce and optimize data collection from SBCs (Preventive Maintenance Plan where needed & its weekly actualization, for maintenance validation RH, availability, …)


FINANCE COORDINATION

Assist Senior Manager Operations with Yearly ahead Budgets' preparation.
Coordinate monthly provision preparation and its accuracy.
Generate specific Opex saving project budget and monitor all expenses
Update all tracking sheets and documents assigned to any project costing

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Keep opened & clear communication channels with the Senior Manager Operation, customers and Operations' internal structure
Liaises/communicate with Senior Manager Operations on updates and site issues
Prepare required Senior Manager Operations and customer reports
Liaise / coordinate with aside departments when required (Finance, Commercial, Rollout, Legal, SAQ, Accounting, HR, Procurement…)
Escalate any site issue that cannot be resolved to Senior Manager Operations to avoid complications


HR COORDINATION

Set all department targets and KPIs
Observe and inspect Grid staff integrity, efficiency and performance
Ensure proper development for all colleagues within Grid department (HSE, Quality, Technical trainings…) enabling to optimize team performance
Ensure team motivation by transferring HIS CIV vision and strategy making sure Grid Team are part of the change helping to smooth strategy application


HEALTH & SAFETY + QUALITY CONTROL

Set Health & Safety Policy with the support Senior Manager Operations
Set Quality Policy with the support of Senior Manager Operations
Ensure Quality along with Health & Safety Policies are distributed across Grid Team
Guarantee quality compliance for all sites Grid aspects (replacement as per preventive maintenance schedule and requirements, spare parts replacement as per curative interventions on Grid network
Guarantee correct & accurate data collection and reporting from site through preventive & curative interventions on Grid network.
Establish with the support of HSE & Quality Coordinator a quarterly audit to secure gap between established processed and their application is reduced to almost nil preparing our Quality Management System to be certified compliant with ISO9001:2008 requirements
Work hand in hand with the HSE & Quality Coordinator on implementing OHSAS18001 / Occupational Health & Safety System enabling operations to operate in a healthier & reduced incident environment by releasing HIRA _ Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis completing then setting all related processes & procedures to avoid them from occurring



KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Clear planning definition, quality and cost control.
ROI to be analyze before any Grid connection on site.
Availability of Securel certificate and Grid documentation of any site connected to Grid.
Business case approval process to follow.
Below 5000L/Month from sites with one day gen on load sites.
100% Grid sites should be integrated to CMS.
Grid regional outage should get feedback before 30Mm and updated on weekly basis.
Average Grid cost reduction per site in terms of Capex and Opex
Customer satisfaction
Diesel Consumption reduction


CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

Work on developing the relation with the customer and Grid company
Monitor & Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
Control and enhance site upgrades, load ramp up, etc…
Other responsibilities as maybe required by the company

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification : High degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
