As part of our launch in 21 countries in French-speaking Africa, we are recruiting high-level partners to hatch the full potential of our clients.
Type of contract: Part-Time , Partnership
Remuneration: 1% to 4% of the net profit realized on each market obtain by any hub of the agency
Business Hub: Indexiom St∞dios
Travel: From 5% to 25%

Principal duties and responsibilities:
-Develop 3D animations and motion graphics
-Ability to create style-frames and storyboards for engineering concepts
-Create and animate UI designs and conceptual UX graphics and videos
-Build of digital art assets
-Solid understanding of color theory
-Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently, and able to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
-Desire to learn new visualization tools
-From Bachelors of Art in Animations, Digital Arts, Industrial and Advertising Art, to phD in Marketing or similar discipline
-5+ years of work experience developing 3D motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects, Cinema4D or similar (Fast-learners applicants with less experience but world-class exposure to Web, Graphic, video & Motion Design tools might be considered)
-Experience in Motion and Graphic Design, specifically geared toward advertising and marketing. Has a basic understanding of Brand Identity, Design and Style Guides.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
-Ability to present creative work to manager, absorb feedback in a positive manner, and execute against required changes. Capable of managing and executing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
-Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Understanding of After Effects and basic animation. Solid communication skills – must be able to communicate ideas visually, written and verbally.
-Fluency with the Adobe Suite and film editing tools
-Ability to reiterate directly with customers to capture the vision of their projects in concept art or storyboards
-Design and create visual content for social media, digital advertising, website, internal communications, and other platforms and publications.
-Create compelling and shareable videos, gifs & graphics for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other emerging platforms.
-Translate ideas into successful short-form video stories.
-Identify and analyze social media trends
-Understand sound design, capturing, editing, etc. (podcast experience is a plus)
-Microsoft Office 365
-Understanding of physics-based movements to create realistic animations
-Interest in UI/UX design
-Experience creating and texturing models in 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender or equivalent
-Ability to learn Unity game engine framework and/or 3D modeling packages
-Own a laptop and a smartphone with a constant internet connexion
-Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
-own a Wide B2C/B2B/B2B2C client portfolios
