Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Data Management: Oversee the integrity and accuracy of payment-related data, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed correctly.
-Purchase Order Administration: Manage data associated with the PO lifecycle, from creation to fulfillment, and maintain up-to-date PO records.
-Vendor Payment Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to coordinate payment schedules, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
-Data Analysis and Reporting: Update workflow reports, perform analysis on payment trends, and PO performance to provide actionable insights.
-Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all payment and PO data adheres to financial regulations and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
