JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline; graduates from reputable local universities are preferred.

Work Experience:
0 -1 year of working experience in IT system operation and maintenance, technical support,fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also considered.

Professional Skills:
Possess basic IT/system operation and maintenance capabilities, able to independently troubleshoot and resolve common system issues; strong learning ability to quickly grasp the logic of business systems; proficient in using office software.

Language Proficiency:
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken), capable of understanding training materials from headquarters and communicating smoothly with the Chinese team; bilingual talents in English and French are acceptable for the French-speaking regions in West Africa.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively interacting with front-line store staff;
