We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support & CCTV Marketing Officer to provide technical assistance for laptops and computer equipment while supporting the marketing and sales of CCTV cameras and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support – Laptops & Computers

Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and computer accessories.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of laptops.
Install operating systems, software, drivers, and security updates.
Provide technical support and guidance to users.
Manage and maintain IT equipment and inventory.
Assist with data backup and basic network troubleshooting.

CCTV Marketing & Sales

Promote and market CCTV cameras and security solutions to potential customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Present CCTV products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
Prepare quotations and support the sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations when required.
Follow up with customers and maintain good business relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in marketing campaigns, customer visits, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, technical sales, CCTV, or a related field.
Good knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security equipment.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
