Job Overview

Based in Abidjan, this position is responsible for the overall development, operation and maintenance of Huawei ICT talent ecosystem in Côte d’Ivoire. The role focuses on university ecosystem expansion, talent training & certification program operation, localized content creation and ecosystem brand promotion, to build a sustainable local ICT talent pool and strengthen Huawei’s local industry influence.

Job Responsibilities

1.     Huawei ICT Academy Expansion: Develop and cooperate with local universities and higher education institutions in Côte d’Ivoire, expand the layout of Huawei ICT Academy, promote school-enterprise cooperation, and support long-term campus talent cultivation.

2.     ICT Training & Certification Project Operation: Independently organize and implement Huawei ICT Competition, Huawei Youth Entrepreneur Training and other official ICT training and certification programs, ensure smooth project execution, and improve local youth ICT capability and certification coverage.

3.     Local Ecosystem Content & Social Media Operation: Create localized talent ecosystem contribution content including articles, promotional videos and case stories; operate and maintain local social media accounts, continuously enrich ecosystem content output, and enhance local brand exposure and influence.

4.     Other Talent Ecosystem Activities: Plan, coordinate and execute various offline and online ICT talent cultivation activities, campus events and industry exchange activities as required to enrich the local ICT talent ecosystem system.

Work Qualifications & Requirements

1.     Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English for daily communication, business negotiation and project delivery.

2.     Work Experience: Have working experience in education industry, media operation or related public engagement fields.

3.     Personal Trait: Extroverted, outgoing and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

4.     Mobility Requirement: Able to adapt to cross-border business trips and local overseas work arrangements.

5.     Age Requirement: Under 30 years old.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with Huawei ICT certification and former teacher or campus training experience are highly preferred.
