𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
As a Logistics Trainee (advancing to a Logistics Executive role), you will report to the Marketing manager and take an active part in managing our export supply chain. Your main duties will include:
• Shipment Follow-up: Managing and monitoring a designated part of the logistics process from end to end.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact and coordinating efficiently with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
• Operational Monitoring: Ensuring compliance and smooth execution of international trade and containerized cargo transport.

Profil du poste

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• Associate Degree / Vocational Degree (Bac +2) in Logistics, International Trade, Transport, or a related field.
• A dynamic and ambitious young graduate eager to grow within a major international corporation.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Bilingual (English and French): Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken languages (essential for international operations).
• Advanced Excel Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data tracking, spreadsheets).
• Core Knowledge: * Strong understanding of export operations and international trade.
o Solid knowledge of Incoterms.
o Familiarity with sea freight operations and containerized cargo transportation.

• Clever, quick learner, and highly adaptable.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
