1. Role Objective
We are looking for two high-energy Market Expansion Specialists with "street-smart" capabilities to lead the field testing and B2B market entry of our next-generation electric delivery vehicles. The primary goal is to identify target customer segments, execute high-intensity field research, and secure purchase intentions from small-scale fleet owners and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
2. Key Responsibilities
• Early Adopter Management: Recruit and manage "Early Adopter" delivery riders for vehicle pilot testing. Ensure consistent daily data collection (mileage, battery performance, qualitative feedback) and handle all coordination tasks.
• B2B Lead Generation: Proactively identify and "cold-start" relationships with owners of SMEs (e.g., individual shop owners, pharmacies, community delivery fleets, and branded restaurant chains) to introduce our EV (Electric Vehicle) solutions.
• Field Research & Surveys: Conduct deep-dive interviews with riders and business owners. Complete all survey tasks and submit high-quality research findings.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market feedback, competitor activities, and emerging sales leads to the HQ.
Profil du poste
• Professional Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Door-to-Door (D2D) Marketing, or B2B Business Development.
o Direct experience in the Motorcycle Market and a strong understanding of the Electric Motorcycle Industry is required.
o Background in Logistics or On-demand Delivery services (e.g., Yango、bolt etc.) is highly preferred.
• Local Insight: Deep understanding of commercial hubs and logistics clusters in Côte d'Ivoire. Must possess an existing network within local delivery circles or small business communities.
• Language Skills: Native proficiency in French; Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Mobility & Resilience: This role requires the majority of time spent in the field. Candidates must have strong urban mobility and the ability to work effectively outdoors.
• Professional Skills: Exceptional persuasion skills with a keen sensitivity to data. Must be capable of accurately organizing, analyzing, and reporting field data to management.
