Role Objective :
To support a foreign company in the establishment and day-to-day operation of its local legal entity
during the factory setup phase and during subsequent operation. The role focuses on commercial
coordination, business administration, regulatory compliance, and liaison with local and
international stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.
Business & Commercial Operations :
▪ Manage daily administrative and commercial office activities.
▪ Follow up with potential partners, service providers, and clients.
▪ Draft professional business correspondence in French.
▪ Attend meetings with banks, consultants, and other stakeholders; provide translation
support (French–English) when required.
▪ Translate local business requirements into clear, actionable inputs for the foreign headquarter.
Headquarter & Stakeholder Coordination :
▪ Work closely with the Austrian headquarter on financial, legal, and administrative matters.
▪ Coordinate with local lawyers, notaries, accountants, tax consultants, and government
authorities.
▪ Prepare and submit invoices and supporting documents to headquarter and external
accountants for bookkeeping and reporting.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
▪ Assist in the preparation and submission of documents to authorities.
▪ Support applications for business permits, licenses, and registrations.
Finance & Reporting
▪ Coordinate monthly reporting with external accountants.
▪ Assist in drafting and managing legal documents such as NDAs and MOUs.
Risk, Compliance, Governance & Documentation
▪ Identify administrative and regulatory risks and escalate where necessary.
▪ Maintain and monitor a compliance calendar.
▪ Ensure proper physical and digital document storage.
Profil du poste
Education & Experience :
▪ University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
▪ International experience is an advantage (studying abroad or professional experience
abroad).
Language & Communication :
▪ Native in French.
▪ Fluent in English.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Skills & Competencies :
▪ Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
▪ Good commercial awareness and documentation capabilities.
▪ Solid understanding of local business and regulatory frameworks.
▪ High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
▪ Proactive, problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work in a project setup environment.
▪ Dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving organization.
