BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities for Business Development Specialist:

Responsible for market expansion and identification of potential franchise partners through active prospecting and field development;

Independently manage the full franchise negotiation process, including partner communication, commercial discussions, and contract signing;

Maintain relationships with existing franchise partners and provide ongoing business support to ensure stable cooperation;

Conduct regular market and store visits to understand retail dynamics and gather channel feedback;

Deliver assigned franchise development targets with a strong result-oriented mindset.

Profil du poste

Male, under 35 years old;

Fluent in English and French

College degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in channel development or franchise expansion in the home appliances or furniture industry;

Familiar with local retail stores and franchise business models; candidates with existing retail or dealer resources are preferred;

Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to independently handle franchise discussions and agreements;

Able to adapt to frequent market visits and field-based work, with strong resilience under pressure;

Result-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver targets in a performance-driven environment.
