Job Responsibilities
Develop management rules for the store —— for example, how store staff should serve customers, how daily work
should be carried out, and also keep an eye on everyone to ensure they follow the rules.

Centering around the goal of "selling more home appliances", plan promotional activities (such as discounts, price-break discounts), follow up the entire process from the implementation of the idea to the end of the activity, and summarize the pros and cons.

Regularly review the sales data of the store (such as which home appliances sell well and which time periods are busiest), and find ways to solve problems after identifying them (such as adjusting the display position of home appliances that don't sell well).

Regularly visits various stores to check if management rules have been implemented, and also provides sales and operations-related training to store staff.

Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure that the household appliances and resources required for promotional activities can be in place in a timely manner.

Profil du poste

Junior college degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in the retail industry - such as store management, event planning, or sales management, and those with experience in the home appliance industry are preferred.

Can review sales data, analyze problems, and write activity plans and rectification plans.

Good at communication, capable of driving work implementation, focusing on results when doing things, and finding ways to achieve sales targets.

Actively takes initiative in work and can accept short-term business trips (such as visiting other stores for inspections or training).
