We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bilingual administrative assistant with a background in accounting. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with financial tasks, and communicate effectively in both English and French to serve our diverse client base. This position requires a person who is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1 year of administrative support experience, ideally with a background in accounting or finance.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and comfortable using office management software and accounting tools.
