Position: City Growth Manager UBER - (ride-hailing)
Location: Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire

As a City Growth Manager, you will assume a critical position in the expansion of Uber's activities and the elevation of its profile within your cities.

Your responsibilities will encompass serving as an interface between various supply channels, internal stakeholders, and other business partners. Given the intricate market dynamics in Ivory Coast, this role is particularly challenging and rewarding. Ivory Coast offers excellent opportunities, but the market poses complex challenges that require a nuanced and sophisticated approach.

What you will do

? Scaling Hero Program:

o Lead the Hero program to onboard drivers through targeted sign-up initiatives.
o Manage and execute on-ground Hero activations to boost driver sign-ups

? Vehicle Branding:

o Identify and collaborate with fleet partners for vehicle branding opportunities.
o Track and monitor branded vehicles to assess reach and impact.

? Organic Driver Growth & Manual Driver Campaigns:

o Develop and manage organic growth strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing the driver base.
o Execute manual driver campaigns to support growth objectives.

? Competition Tracking:

o Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize engagement tactics.

? Collaboration with Central Product Teams:

o Work closely with central product and feature teams to support the launch of new features and products in local markets.

? Driver Engagement Activities:

o Host webinars, events, and other engagement activities to foster a strong driver community.
o Conduct ongoing driver engagement sessions to gather feedback, answer questions, and provide support.

Profil du poste

What you'll need:

? 3-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or sales in a similar role.
? Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a must.
? Strong data-driven decision-making mindset and solid business judgment.
? Relevant experience in logistics software and/or car services is a plus.
? Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
