TECNO MOBILE is recruiting a marketing specialist in charge of medias.
As a ATL Specialist, you will be responsible for cooperation with TV stations and FM resources, cooperation and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, planning of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies, and market research and cooperation. You will use your professional knowledge and innovative thinking to promote the company's brand influence and business growth in the market.

JOB DECRIPTION

1. Cooperation with TV Stations and FM Resources:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with TV stations and FM radio stations, ensuring the smooth progress of cooperative projects.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities with TV stations and FM radio stations to increase brand exposure.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of cooperative projects, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to optimize cooperation outcomes.

2. E-commerce Platform Cooperation and Maintenance:
- Develop new e-commerce platform partners to expand sales channels.
- Maintain existing cooperative relationships with e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Monitor sales data and market feedback on e-commerce platforms to provide a basis for product optimization and market strategy adjustments.

3. IMC Strategy Planning:
- Responsible for formulating and implementing Integrated Marketing Communications strategies, including advertising, public relations, promotions, and other multi-channel marketing activities.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to continuously optimize the IMC strategy to improve ROI.

4. Market Research and Cooperation:
- Conduct regular market research to collect industry dynamics and competitor information.
- Based on market research results, propose market strategy suggestions to support company decisions.
- Identify and evaluate potential market cooperation opportunities to expand the company's business scope.

Profil du poste

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, or related fields.
2.At least 3 years of experience in market cooperation and planning, with experience in cooperation with TV stations, FM radio stations, and e-commerce platforms preferred.
3.Familiar with the theory and practice of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), with successful cases.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as project management skills.
5.Keen market insight and data analysis skills.
6.Good team spirit and leadership.
