Formulate annual training plan and arrange training content;

According to the characteristics of different trainees, targeted design of training methods and content;

Respond to customer on-site training needs, arrange time reasonably and execute on time;

Able to independently edit and develop the English versions of relevant product training courses and courseware based on the obtained product technical information;

Arrange product knowledge and maintenance skills training for service support personnel;

Be able to effectively apply the training management system to implement training projects and manage related training resources.

Profil du poste

Requirements:

More than 2-3 years working experience in construction machinery, training or maintenance services.

Have engine, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other service or lecturer qualification certificates, and be proficient in the maintenance knowledge and skills of various products or important parts of construction machinery。

Proficiency in operating computer office software; ability to develop and write training materials (theory and practice), understand relevant teaching skills, and master training skills.
